About Me

My name is Isabelle Sprinkle, and this is my blog! Thank you so much for taking the time to explore my little creation here.

Anyhoo, here is a little about myself. I’m a Junior (11th grade) in high school, and I was home-schooled until this year. Adapting to the public school system has been tricky so far, but I think I’m slowly getting the hang of it. One important thing about me that you all should know is that I am super passionate about fighting mental illness. As some who has struggled with mental illness for a long time, I strongly believe in treatment, and hopefully someday, a cure for things like Bipolar Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder.

I write a lot, but I hate calling myself an author or a writer. I prefer the term story teller because I tell stories about my life through words. I don’t numbly scribble down a few concepts and call it a book. I guess you can call storytelling the method acting of writing.

I love musical theatre, Alexander Hamilton, creative writing, playing the flute, classic literature and a little bit of Marvel, so be prepared to hear a lot about that.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and reading about this girl who has got more issues than vogue.

  1. Huh. Storyteller. Cool. =P I think that’s a fun way to define it. When I think about it, I first started writing to tell stories. I’ve always loved telling stories. That’s just been my thing. I guess the term “storyteller” does fit well, and I definitely cannot lay claim to author, though I would like to one day. =P Looking forward to the stuff on your blog! 🙂
